The upgrade

The day you stop handing out your personal number.

A business doesn’t run off a cell phone in someone’s pocket. Callkeep gives you the phone presence of an established company — the professionalism, the separation, the control — without the system you’d need to build it.

Your life stays yours

Customers, vendors and Google all get your business number. Your personal cell stays personal — no more after-hours calls on your own phone, no number you can never take back.

Sound established from day one

Every caller hears a polished, consistent greeting and a clean menu. You sound like a company that's been around for years — whether you opened last week or last decade.

You're in control

Press 1, 2, 3 — route each option to you, a partner, or a message. Change it from your phone anytime. Every message comes back as audio plus a typed transcript by email.

Greetings

Sound like a real company on every call.

Tap any voice to hear them introduce themselves. Each one can read whatever script you write — sale today, holiday tomorrow — and the new greeting goes live on the very next ring. Unlimited rewrites, no extra cost.

How it works

Set up in five minutes. From your phone or computer.

No hardware to buy. No PBX to configure. No app to install. You’ll be live before your coffee’s cold.

01

Get a number — or keep yours

Pick a fresh Canadian local number instantly, or forward your existing line with one quick carrier code. Either way, it's your business line.

02

Set your greeting & menu

Choose a professional voice or record your own. Write your press-1-2-3 menu and point each digit at whoever should answer.

03

Run your business

Calls reach the right person; everyone else leaves a message you read as a transcript by email. Change anything, anytime, from your phone.

Features

Everything a real phone line needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

A Canadian business number

A dedicated local number, yours from day one. Print it on your trucks, list it on Google, hand it out — it's your business line, not your cell.

Or keep your existing number

Already have a line you'd rather keep? Forward it from your carrier to Callkeep with one quick code — about 30 seconds, no migration paperwork.

A greeting that sounds like a real company

Every caller hears a polished, consistent greeting in clear English. Pick a professional voice or record your own. This is the first thing every customer hears about you.

Press 1, 2, 3 routing — yours to set

Route each digit to a different phone or a clean voicemail menu. Configure it from your phone, change it whenever the business changes.

Messages as email — audio + transcript

Anything left as a message comes back to you instantly as audio plus a typed transcript. Skim between jobs, no app to open, nothing to miss.

No app, no hardware, no IT guy

Everything works from your phone's browser — set up the line, change the menu, listen to messages. Live before your coffee's cold.

Greeting active

“Hi, you’ve reached Mike’s Heating & Cooling. Press 1 for emergencies, press 2 to leave a message, or stay on the line.”

FAQ

Common questions.

What phone number do I get?+

A dedicated Canadian local number, assigned the moment you sign up. Right now we offer Alberta area codes (587, 403, 825) with more provinces rolling out. Print it on your trucks, list it on Google, hand it out — it's your business line as long as you're subscribed.

Can I keep my existing business number?+

Yes. From your existing line, dial *72 then your Callkeep number — every call now hits Callkeep. Most Canadian carriers use *72 (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Fido, Koodo, Freedom, Virgin, Eastlink). Public Mobile and Lucky use the GSM code: **21* + Callkeep number + #. Takes about 30 seconds. Your customers keep calling the same number they always have.

How does the press-1-2-3 routing work?+

Your greeting tells callers: "Press 1 for urgent, press 2 to leave a message, press 3 for billing." Press 1 rings the phone you set for it. Press 2 leaves a clean message you read as a transcript by email. You decide what each digit does and who it goes to — change it from your phone anytime.

Can my cell ring first, with a message as backup?+

Yes — two ways. Easiest: turn on "Answer on my phone" in Settings, enter your cell number, pick a ring duration (10–45 seconds). Inbound calls ring your phone first; if you don't pick up in time, the call falls through to your greeting and menu. Or do it carrier-side using conditional forwarding codes — **61* + Callkeep number + # (forward on no-answer), **67* (busy), **62* (unreachable). Cancel them all with ##002#.

Can I call customers back from my Callkeep number?+

Yes. Click Call back on any voicemail or call in your dashboard — Callkeep rings your cell, you pick up, and we bridge you to the customer with your Callkeep number as the caller ID. They see your business line, never your personal phone. Nothing to install — it works from the phone you already carry.

Do I need to install an app?+

No. Everything works through your browser — set up your line, change the menu, listen to messages, call customers back. Audio and transcripts arrive by email, so most days you don't even need to open Callkeep.

Does this work with my Canadian carrier?+

Yes — Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Lucky, Eastlink, SaskTel, MTS. All support call forwarding. Most use *72 to activate and *73 to cancel; Public Mobile and Lucky use the GSM equivalents (**21* + number + # to activate, ##21# to cancel).

What happens after the free trial?+

14 days free, no charge. We ask for a card to start the trial but you won't be billed until day 15. After that it's $19.99 CAD/month if you pay monthly, or $15.99 CAD/month if you pay annually ($191.90/year, save 20%). Unlimited calling under our fair-use policy, no per-user fees. Cancel anytime from your Settings page — no phone calls, no retention scripts.

Why one flat price instead of tiers?+

Tiers force you to guess which features you'll need. One flat price is honest — you get the full product on day one, you pay the same as the established business next door. No upgrades, no surprise overage fees. Priced in Canadian dollars, so no surprise FX charges on your card.
